Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Odoo solutions into production environments.
- Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, scope solutions, and communicate technical decisions in clear, non-technical language.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Design scalable ERP solutions, lead technical development activities, mentor junior developers, and support successful Odoo project delivery.
