What You Will Do

• Own organic growth across Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn — strategy → content → community → reporting on each, in each platform’s native format.
• Plan and publish daily content, including daily short-form video (Reels/Shorts), that teaches and builds trust — not just promotion.
• Build community: reply to comments and messages, connect with real people, start conversations, and grow an audience that trusts us.
• Study competitors and relevant content, learn what works, and apply it — sharper every week.
• Track what works and report honestly: growth, reach, engagement, and leads — targets are never presented as results. Success here is measured by the right audience, real engagement, and clicks/leads — not follower count alone.

What You Must Have

• Proven expertise in organic social media growth — you have grown accounts organically before, ideally for international clients, and can prove it.
• Proficient English — spoken and written. You write clearly, naturally, and professionally.
• 2+ years running social media accounts with measurable organic growth.
• Tools you work with: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools (or equivalents).
• Familiarity with AI marketing and AI search (AEO/GEO) and how AI answers choose who to mention.
• Your own laptop and a stable, reliable internet connection; availability for online meetings and regular updates.
