In short: New website with exclusive inventory from the Apple Store +++ CarPlay Ultra soon here too? | News

Anyone who enters an Apple Store can be sure that the company presents the products on display in a very clear way. For example, those interested in the iPhone Air can convince themselves of the low weight of the product, as the device is not secured with a heavy block on the back and is charged via a MagSafe charger. However, Apple’s own products for product presentation are not intended for sale. AppleUnsold fills exactly this gap: those interested can purchase the MagSafe charger, for example. This costs 99 euros used and 199 euros new. Most products are quite expensive: For example, a used bamboo tray for Apple Watch bracelets costs 199 euros. The provider also currently seems to be having problems keeping up with demand: the goods are all sold out.
In fact, the range also includes curious finds such as socks with the fitness app’s activity rings and a hat inspired by mindfulness applications.
CarPlay Ultra for new Kia or Hyundai cars?
CarPlay has long been one of the standard features of modern cars, although some manufacturers clearly prefer their in-house infotainment system. Volvo, for example, would like to continue to focus on freedom of choice (see here). The situation is different with CarPlay Ultra. The implementation is much more demanding for car manufacturers and is apparently met with little enthusiasm: so far the system is only available for Aston Martin vehicles in the USA and Canada.
According to Mark Gurman’s comments in the current issue of the “Power On” newsletter, that will change very soon: He has been informed that CarPlay Ultra is used in at least one important car model from Hyundai or Kia. It is a car that will come onto the market in the second half of the year. The IONIQ 3 from Hyundai, which is scheduled to be presented in April, would be conceivable.
