Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Field Manager in planning daily and weekly field activities.
- Coordinate, guide, and monitor field representatives to ensure coverage of assigned territories.
- Track visits, activity reports, targets, and operational progress using accurate documentation.
- Support communication with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify field challenges, provide practical solutions, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure activities follow company policies, ethical standards, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
- Prepare regular reports and share market observations with management.
- Work regularly in the field and travel within assigned territories.
