AAA Digital is hiring a Sales Development Representative (Cold Caller) for its onsite team in Model Town, Lahore.
Role details
Full-time, onsite in Model Town, Lahore. Monday–Friday, 6 PM–3 AM Pakistan time. Base salary: PKR 90,000–100,000 per month. Performance-based commission and bonuses are separate; the structure will be discussed at interview.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US carriers and owner-operators.
- Explain truck dispatch services clearly and identify relevant customer needs.
- Qualify prospects, handle objections and book suitable follow-up conversations.
- Keep accurate call notes, lead records and follow-up activity in the CRM.
- Work with the sales and dispatch teams to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Maintain professional communication and consistent follow-through.
