- Enter and update financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and expense records in computer-based systems.
- Maintain organized digital files and supporting accounting documents.
- Assist with account reconciliation, data checking, and preparation of basic summaries.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and report issues for review.
- Learn and follow established procedures for using accounting software and related office tools.
- Protect confidential business and financial information.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounts function as required.
