Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new property sales leads through networking, referrals, market research, and field activity.
• Present property projects, locations, features, payment options, and relevant building or construction benefits clearly.
• Conduct client consultations, arrange property visits, and maintain regular follow-up with prospects.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions while providing accurate information.
• Maintain organized records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant project representatives to support timely deal completion.
