Tactile
+++ Goldman Sachs, Balderton, Index Ventures, DIG Ventures, Tiger Global, Visionaries, and Y Combinator invest $110 million (Series C) in Tactile. The startup, which was founded in Berlin in 2020 by Maximilian Eber and Maik Taro Wehmeyer, takes care of “AI-supported, automated risk management for the financial sector”. “The successful fundraise opens Tactile’s next chapter, which centers on enabling financial institutions to transform themselves for the AI age,” says the team about the investment. Balderton Capital, Index Ventures, Tiger Global, Y Combinator, Prosus Ventures, Visionaries Club and Larry Summers recently invested $54 million in the company. In total, the team has already collected around 190 million. FinTechs such as Mercury, Kueski and Zilch as well as financial institutions such as Allianz and Rakuten Bank are already using Tactile. The startup from Ottobrunn, founded in 2022, is developing an autonomous drone system for the transport of medical goods. The young company’s solution enables the emission-free transport of laboratory samples, medication and other medical materials directly between healthcare facilities – even over densely populated areas. The company based in Vienna and Zurich, founded in 2022 by Lukas Sticksel-Steiner and Johannes Kares, recently transformed from a stock market for YouTube videos to a payment service for the creative industry. The startup from Munich, founded in 2026 by Michael Sauer, Christoph Willibald, Gabriele Tiboni and Paul Kröger, develops intelligent robot systems for industrial manufacturing processes. +++ The young Munich-based LegalTech belaubigt.de is taking over the insolvent company firma.de, which has been taking care of digital company start-ups since 2012. “With over 30,000 customers and more than 1,000 connected notaries, belaubigt.de is now the market leader for completely digital company formation in Germany,” says a press release. Things continue “without interruption” for firma.de’s existing customers. A large part of the team is also taken over. belaubigt.de, founded in 2024 by Alexander Sporenberg and Felix Gerlach, positions itself as a “European platform for digital legal and notary infrastructure”.
