- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up plans tailored to customer needs.
- Manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate customer records, and provide timely forecasts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and work toward agreed sales targets.
- Build lasting client relationships and coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth handover and customer experience.
- Monitor market activity and share customer feedback and sales insights with management.
