Customer Support Specialists – UK Campaign
We are hiring Customer Support Specialists for an established UK-based international campaign.
Location: Murree Road, near Metro Station, Rawalpindi
Working days: 5 days a week
Shifts: Rotational / night shifts
Requirements:
- Clear, fluent, and professional English listening and speaking skills with a UK/British accent.
- Matric, Intermediate, or Bachelor’s qualification is flexible for candidates with strong English communication skills.
- Excellent English communication and listening skills are essential.
- Clear, fluent, and professional English speaking skills with a UK/British accent.
- Strong confidence and professional communication.
- Previous UK/international campaign or call center experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates who have knowledge of UK areas, cities, regions, postcodes, or general UK geography will be given preference.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work according to UK business hours.
Priority will be given to candidates with:
- Fluent English
- A clear UK/British accent
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Previous UK/international campaign experience
- Good knowledge of UK areas and postcodes
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide professional assistance.
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear and effective communication.
- Maintain a friendly, confident, and professional approach while handling customer queries.
Salary & Benefits
Total earning potential: Up to PKR 80,000 to 110,000/month
