We are looking for an HR Advisory & Career Consultant to advise candidates on their careers while contributing to HR and recruitment practices across the platform. The role combines candidate-facing career coaching with internal HR advisory work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-to-one online career advisory sessions with candidates.
- Understand candidates’ goals, experience, challenges, and career aspirations.
- Provide career strategy, planning, interview preparation, and transition guidance.
- Advise candidates on salary expectations and negotiation approaches.
- Help candidates identify their strengths, skills, and suitable opportunities.
- Advise on HR practices, policies, and workflows across the platform.
- Support the development of HR processes, content, and services.
- Contribute to recruitment process design and day-to-day execution.
- Partner with the team to improve platform support for candidates, recruiters, and employers.
Work arrangement: Remote or online work from Lahore. Morning shift. Full-time employment.
