Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold coffee, matcha, frappes, smoothies, and other beverages.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and bar equipment.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Follow BLACKFORGE recipes, procedures, and food-safety standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
Schedule and Location
Full-time, on-site role in Karachi, Pakistan. Morning shift, 8:00am–5:00pm.
