The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, controls, and financial operations, supporting sound decisions across the business.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and periodic financial performance reviews.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports, explaining variances and key trends to company leadership.
- Oversee accounting operations, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and timely month-end and year-end close.
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure records and processes meet applicable accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor travel-business revenue, costs, margins, and working capital; identify risks and recommend practical improvements.
- Coordinate audits, statutory reporting, tax matters, and relationships with external accountants and financial institutions.
- Support business planning and operational teams with financial analysis, investment appraisals, and decision-ready insights.
This role requires sound judgment, reliable attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly in a commercially focused travel-services environment.
