Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Logistics
- Manage purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and distribution activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, pricing, and stock availability.
- Ensure timely availability and delivery of products.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Warehouse, and Management.
- Manage import shipment schedules and related logistics.
- Prepare regular supply chain and inventory reports.
- Control logistics costs and improve operational efficiency.
Fleet Management
- Manage the company’s vehicles and transportation operations.
- Plan and monitor daily vehicle routes and deliveries.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
- Monitor vehicle fuel consumption, mileage, and running costs.
- Maintain vehicle records, documents, insurance, registration, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor drivers’ attendance, performance, routes, and discipline.
- Ensure vehicles are used only for authorized company purposes.
- Maintain proper records of fuel, maintenance, trips, and vehicle expenses.
- Take necessary action in case of vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or operational issues.
