Role Overview
You will own the compliance calendar for all entities, coordinating with external accountants in each country, briefing them, reviewing their output, and ensuring every deadline is met. For any new entity, you will build that process from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external accountants and advisors, including fee negotiations.
• Design the accounting system, chart of accounts, and a single monthly reporting pack to support founder decision-making.
• Oversee banking relationships across all jurisdictions.
• Hire and manage your first direct report, starting in month three.
• Resolve a backlog of stalled asset disposals and entity wind-downs across several countries by following up, addressing blockers, and driving work to closure.

Temporary/contract role; remote or online work based in Lahore, Pakistan; morning shift; salary of USD 1,200–1,800.
