NEXT STEP Education System in Islamabad is seeking dedicated lecturers for Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies (SST). The institute supports student development through structured education, career guidance, and modern human resource development models.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver clear, engaging lessons aligned with assigned subject objectives and student learning needs.
• Teach concepts through examples, activities, discussions, demonstrations, and appropriate learning resources.
• Prepare lesson plans, class materials, assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
• Assess student performance, maintain accurate academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify learning gaps and provide suitable academic support or remedial guidance.
• Maintain classroom discipline, encourage participation, and promote respectful learning practices.
• Coordinate with colleagues and management regarding curriculum progress, student concerns, and academic activities.

The role is full-time, on-site in Islamabad, and follows a morning shift.
