Conversiq Global supports US healthcare providers with billing, revenue cycle management and patient outreach. We’re growing our Rawalpindi team and looking for experienced professionals who know the US healthcare system.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring candidates with experience in any area of US healthcare billing, including:

• Medical billing and claims submission
• Revenue cycle management (RCM), AR follow-up and denial management
• Provider credentialing and enrollment
• Calling PCP offices, payers or patients

If you’ve worked in US healthcare billing in any of these areas, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Submit and track claims to Medicare and other US payers
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims, and work AR
• Post payments and review EOBs/ERAs
• Handle provider credentialing and payer enrollment
• Make outbound calls to primary care offices, payers and patients
• Keep accurate records in EHR and billing systems

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in US healthcare billing, RCM, credentialing or related calling
• Knowledge of Medicare billing, CPT/ICD-10 codes and the claims process
• Strong spoken and written English
• Experience with EHR or billing software
• Able to work on-site night shifts in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi

Preferred

• Experience with Medicare care management services (CCM, CHI, AWV)
• Experience with payers such as Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance
• Familiarity with tools such as eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD or similar
