Hello everyone, there are design objects that outlast trends and lose none of their fascination over decades. One of these icons is without a doubt the Pipistrello LED table lamp by Gae Aulenti – a masterpiece that combines functionality and sculptural elegance. The Italian architect and product designer designed this now world-famous table lamp back in 1965. Aulenti was known not only for her innovative product designs, but also for important architectural projects such as the renovation of the Musée d’Orsay in Paris or the restoration of the Palazzo Grassi in Venice.
