Punjab Interior Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day interior project activities at a site in Lahore. The successful candidate will help ensure work is completed safely, to the agreed schedule, and in line with approved drawings and quality expectations. This role involves close coordination with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily site tasks, workforce allocation, and work progress against project schedules.
- Supervise interior fit-out and finishing activities, checking workmanship against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to maintain an orderly and productive work sequence.
- Conduct routine site inspections, identify safety or quality concerns, and promptly escalate issues for resolution.
- Maintain daily site records, progress updates, material usage notes, and relevant inspection documentation.
- Communicate site requirements and changes to the project manager and relevant teams.
This position is based at the Lahore project location and requires regular on-site presence. The supervisor is expected to support safe working practices, practical problem-solving, and timely completion of assigned work.
