Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understand their requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Handle incoming sales leads, follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently present furniture collections.
Build positive customer relationships and deliver an excellent showroom experience.
Manage customer objections, negotiate professionally and close sales.
Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably with an established retail or furniture brand.
Previous experience working with a recognised brand is highly preferred.
Strong spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, engage customers and close sales.
Previous employer references must be available for verification.
Confident, target-oriented and professionally presented.
