Real Estate Sales Executive / Property Consultant Job in Aqua Heights Properties Karachi, Pakistan
This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary. The PKR 1 figure shown in the salary field is only used because Mustakbil requires a numeric salary range for posting. Actual compensation is 25% of the commission received by Aqua Heights Properties from successfully closed transactions.
Aqua Heights Properties is a Karachi-based real estate brokerage and property consultancy located in Clifton.
We are looking for professional and motivated Real Estate Sales Executives / Property Consultants to join our Clifton office on a commission-based basis.
Business Areas
- Residential and commercial property sales and purchases in Clifton and DHA Karachi
- Property rentals
- New real estate projects in Clifton and DHA
- Dubai off-plan property projects, including Azizi and Danube
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new property clients
- Handle buyer and seller inquiries
- Arrange property viewings and client meetings
- Present suitable properties and investment opportunities
- Negotiate with clients and property owners
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
- Successfully close property transactions
Commission
This is a commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary. Selected agents will receive 25% of the commission actually received by Aqua Heights Properties from successfully closed transactions.
Requirements
- Previous real estate/property sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional client-dealing skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Knowledge of the Clifton/DHA property market is preferred
- Experience with new projects or Dubai real estate is an advantage
- Fresh candidates with strong sales and communication skills may also apply
