Some industry observers might come to the conclusion that iPhone presentations are no longer all that spectacular: Apple mostly retains the well-known design and only gives the Pro models some really remarkable functions. Last year, however, Cupertino showed more courage: The iPhone 17 received some features that were previously reserved for the Pro offshoots. The iPhone 17 Pro also shines with a new design. What is the name of the foldable iPhone? Digital Chat Station claims to know the answer to this question: Apple wants to call the product “iPhone Ultra,” as the leaker points out in a post Weibo executes. Chinese manufacturers would follow Cupertino’s example and also add the “Ultra” suffix to future foldables. According to Mark Gurman, the company could even come up with a “MacBook Ultra” at the end of the year, which will have a touch-sensitive OLED screen.
