The previous record holder, by the way, was the iPhone 14 Pro Max with exactly 240 grams. According to market experts, however, “thin and light” is not a criterion that is of particular importance for the target group of the Pro series – so Apple has some leeway. Both the Pro Max’s slightly larger battery and revisions to the variable aperture camera system could be responsible.
Display: Same size, newer technology
However, nothing changes when it comes to the display size. Although there may be a switch to LTPO+ in order to enable more efficient operation through more precise control, the dimensions remain at a diagonal of 6.9 inches.
