On a sunny Tuesday, almost 100 employees gathered at the Berlin location of the energy startup Enpal for a town hall meeting. A meeting where all employees come together in a large room. The management of Enpal Customer GmbH, i.e. customer service, is also there. While some may think this is a routine event, it quickly becomes clear that it is the last meeting for those present at Enpal.
