Cold Calling Specialist UK Recruitment – Fluent British/North American English Required Job in Niazi Solutions Lahore, Pakistan

We’re growing our UK recruitment business and are looking for an experienced Cold Calling Specialist / Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore.

This is a telephone-focused role, so excellent spoken English is essential. You must be confident holding natural, professional conversations with UK-based business owners, directors, HR professionals and hiring managers.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked with UK or North American clients and have a clear, fluent and professional English-speaking style suitable for B2B cold calling.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound B2B cold calls to UK companies and prospective clients
• Speaking directly with HR Managers, Hiring Managers, Directors and business owners
• Identifying businesses with current or upcoming recruitment needs
