Caprese in a glass – a simple party recipe
There are dishes that taste like summer. For me, caprese is exactly that. Ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil – that’s all it takes. I remember our family vacations in Italy. Thickly sliced tomatoes, still warm from the sun, creamy mozzarella, a generous splash of olive oil and aromatic basil. It’s not “just” an appetizer. This is exactly the feeling I wanted to capture – but rethought. Not as a dish, but as a caprese in a glass. Why in a glass? Because it is practical and because it immediately looks like “wow” at every party, even though it remains wonderfully uncomplicated. Most of the time you have little time and want a great result.

Caprese reinterpreted: The perfect party recipe in a glass
This variation of Caprese is:
Instead of layering everything in the classic way, everything comes into small jars: tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, refined with a torn . On top, a spoonful of delicious dressing and a few roasted pine nuts for that little something extra. Caprese – familiar taste, presented in a modern way!

Caprese – a diverse classic
Caprese is more than just tomatoes with mozzarella. In a glass it becomes the ideal finger food, refined with Parma ham and pine nuts. An uncomplicated recipe for conversations, for laughter, for beautiful moments. Alternatively, you can serve the caprese as a wreath on a plate, which also looks really nice, for example for Christmas. How do you prefer to serve your Caprese – the classic way, as a wreath or would you bring it in a glass to the next party?
