Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive for our Medical Billing and Coding services in Rawalpindi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, following up with prospects, and developing new business opportunities, particularly within the US healthcare market.

Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities

Contact prospective clients through calls, email and LinkedIn

Develop business with healthcare providers and medical practices

Conduct sales calls and follow-ups

Maintain and manage the sales pipeline

Understand client requirements and present relevant services

Build professional relationships with prospective clients

Work toward agreed business development targets

Maintain records of leads and client communications

Requirements

Previous Business Development/Sales experience is mandatory

Previous experience in Medical Billing, RCM, Healthcare BPO, Healthcare Sales or a related industry is required/preferred

Strong spoken and written English

Experience with lead generation and cold outreach

Good communication and negotiation skills

Ability to communicate professionally with international clients

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Must be able to work onsite in Rawalpindi

Experience

Business Development / Sales: Minimum 1 year required

Medical Billing / Healthcare / RCM experience will be given preference.
