We are looking for a confident, professional and results-driven B2B Cold Caller to help generate new business opportunities in the US market.

This is a genuine B2B outreach role involving communication with business owners, managers and decision-makers, introducing services, identifying potential opportunities and booking qualified appointments.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound cold calls to businesses in the USA
• Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Introduce services in a clear and professional manner
• Identify prospects with a genuine business need
• Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate call notes and prospect information
• Update CRM/database records
• Work toward daily and monthly outreach targets
