We are looking for an experienced Arabic Sweets & Pastry Chef for our authentic Arabic sweet house. The candidate must have expertise in Luqaimat, Arabic sweets, pastries, donuts and baking, along with knowledge of small-scale kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Luqaimat, pastries, donuts and Arabic sweets.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
• Develop and standardize recipes.
• Manage kitchen operations, inventory and food costs.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.
