Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join our night-shift operations team in Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. In this role, you will perform daily cash and bank reconciliations for retail operations alongside active tracking and bookkeeping for shipping workflows. Core Responsibilities
- Daily Reconciliations: Reconcile daily bank statements and physical cash collections across retail store locations against ERP system logs.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify, investigate, and flag discrepancies between Point of Sale (POS) register closures, bank deposits, and accounting software records.
- Audit Trail Maintenance: Maintain clear daily register logs, audit trails, and financial summaries for senior management review.
- Portal Tracking: Access carrier and logistics portals to track order statuses (In Transit, Delivered, Delayed, Returned).
- Master Sheet Management: Continuously update internal shipping master sheets and inventory trackers with real-time delivery data.
- Operational Bookkeeping: Assist with operational bookkeeping, ensuring logistics expenses and shipment logs match partner invoices.
Shift, Location & Compensation
- Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM PST (Night Shift — aligned with US business hours).
- Work Setting: 100% On-site position at Phase 8, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi.
