We are seeking a dependable Call Operator to support learner enquiries and help prospective students understand our practical English programs.
In this remote role, you will communicate with learners and prospective students, respond to routine questions, and connect people with the appropriate program or team member. Clear, courteous communication and accurate follow-through are important to delivering a welcoming experience.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective and current learners in a professional, friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information about available English programs and the personalized online learning experience.
- Understand callers’ needs, record relevant enquiry details, and direct complex questions to the appropriate team member.
- Follow up on enquiries as assigned and maintain timely, organized call records.
- Use approved communication processes while protecting learner information.
- Share recurring questions or feedback with the team to help improve learner support.
This position is based in Karachi and is offered as a remote role. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with a range of learners, listens carefully, and can represent an online education service with patience and professionalism.
