• 2+ years of outbound calling experience in the US market
• Excellent communication skills with a clear American/neutral accent
• Strong listening and comprehension skills
• Confident objection handling without relying entirely on scripts
• Natural, friendly communication style
• Ability to think quickly and adapt conversations
• Persuasive, professional, and target-driven personality

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to US-based prospects
• Understand prospects’ needs and respond intelligently
• Handle objections and keep conversations productive
• Qualify prospects and generate appointments
• Maintain professional communication and accurate call records
