New year, new job luck in the startup industry? If you’re currently looking to get into the startup scene, January could be a good time.
Igor Ranc, founder of the tech and startup job newsletter “Handpicked Berlin” also says this: “Companies have just completed their planning cycles, the number of employees has been approved and everyone is full of energy after the break.”
But not only planning cycles were completed at the beginning of the year, fresh financing is also causing movement on the startup job market, estimates Ranc, who is particularly keeping an eye on vacancies and startups in the metropolis of Berlin: “Several startups also completed their financing rounds in December, but have not yet announced this and will do so now. If the company has serious growth plans, it will hire new employees now.”
