Very few people start out with the goal of becoming really rich as a business angel. Most people invest their first money in a startup because they believe in an idea – not because they are chasing returns.
Good approach – but not enough, explain Sascha Schubert and Anna Maria Loffredo from the Reaktor.Berlin accelerator program.
Schubert himself is a multiple founder (Spendino, Bondea, Reaktor.Berlin and Reaktor Wildau), was managing director of the Federal Association of German Startups and has been working as an angel for several years. He says he has seen hundreds of pitch decks in his life. Loffredo leads the Reaktor-Berlin program and recently made her first angel investment.
Together, the two reveal what they have learned from countless founder and investor experiences – their nine most important lessons for aspiring business angels.
