In fact, a look at the commercial register shows that Berliner GmbH is a corporation from Delaware. Is one of the most famous German AI startups not so German after all? What does this mean for taxes, customer data and control over the company? And why does the trail lead to an inconspicuous yellow house in Wilmington that serves as an address for hundreds of thousands of companies?
