Role Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and creative Video Editor Intern to join our post-production team. This hands-on internship is designed to build practical, industry-relevant editing skills, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent, paid role for high-performing interns at the end of the 3-month period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software
- Apply visual pacing, retention metrics, and sound design principles to maximize audience engagement
- Collaborate closely with the post-production team on high-retention storytelling projects
- Maintain visual continuity and narrative flow across edits
- Incorporate feedback and creative direction
