DigiForge Communication is seeking Verifiers and Closers Sales Executives for its Rawalpindi team. The role supports customer acquisition and revenue growth for telecommunications campaigns serving the USA market.
Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective and existing customers through assigned campaign channels.
- Verify customer information, eligibility, needs, and service details accurately.
- Explain telecommunications products, plans, and campaign offers clearly and professionally.
- Convert qualified prospects into confirmed sales while meeting quality and compliance standards.
- Handle objections, answer questions, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Record interactions, sales outcomes, and verification details accurately in company systems.
- Meet individual and team targets for conversions, quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to resolve customer or process issues.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, working the night shift and serving the USA market. Salary: 35,000–150,000 PKR.
