Streaming, home office, video calls or online shopping: without a stable internet connection, life often comes to a standstill. The market is highly competitive and providers regularly entice customers with offers. Nevertheless, many households stay on the same tariff for years. Often you can even get more service for the same money from your own provider if you just ask. In most cases, changing or renegotiating every few years pays off.
These internet providers are best
If you want to know which Internet providers are the best, it’s best to ask the customers directly. That’s exactly what the Deutschland Test platform did, asking users about their experiences for the market research institute FactField. A total of 245 Internet providers were evaluated. In the end, several thousand customer reviews were included in the rating. A maximum value of 100 could be achieved.
The well-known large corporations are represented in the top ten, but do not lead them. Instead, numerous small and, above all, regional providers make up the top. They can score points in their respective areas with personal service and proximity to customers. The big names that you know from advertising, on the other hand, tend to be in the upper midfield. The relationship with customers is often more distant here.
Aspects such as network coverage and availability do not play a direct role in the survey; the only thing that counts is user satisfaction. We reveal which ten companies performed best in the following ranking.

10th place: eazy
The start of our top ten is eazy, which has a score of 60.16 points achieved. The brand is one of the representatives that has offers up its sleeve that are reduced to the essentials and therefore performs well in comparison. With this value, eazy just manages to make it into the top ten internet providers and can outpace Vodafone, among others.
