Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to introduce money transfer services and explain relevant features.
- Respond to customer questions, identify needs, and provide accurate service information.
- Maintain organized records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- Follow up with prospects and coordinate with internal teams to support conversions.
- Meet assigned sales, lead-generation, follow-up, and service-quality targets.
- Handle customer information responsibly and follow approved communication and compliance procedures.
