Responsibilities
- Gather issue details, reproduce faults, assess impact, troubleshoot problems, and apply root-cause analysis.
- Use service-desk workflows to prioritize, escalate, resolve, and document support requests.
- Explain technical steps to users and follow through on unresolved issues.
- Handle financial-service information securely and confidentially.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other support teams.
- Learn fintech products, tools, and support procedures.
