Job Description
We are looking for a young, talented, and sharp Student Counselor to join our study abroad team. The ideal candidate should be confident, energetic, and good at dealing with students.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree)
- Strong communication and counseling skills
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Quick learner and goal-oriented
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Counsel students about study abroad options
- Handle student queries professionally through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Guide students through application process
- Follow up with leads and maintain records
- Coordinate with processing team
