Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and service requests in Spanish through approved support channels.
- Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information based on company procedures.
- Resolve routine issues efficiently and escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team.
- Record customer interactions, updates, and resolutions accurately in support systems.
- Maintain service quality, response-time, and customer-satisfaction standards.
- Protect customer information and follow banking-related confidentiality, compliance, and process requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
