Variations & Tips

  • Do you like it milder? Use a little less cayenne pepper.
  • Not an apple cider vinegar fan? Try it with more lemon juice, but it doesn’t taste good at all.
  • For an extra feel-good factor: mix in a touch of vanilla.

So if you’re looking for a simple, healthy start to the day that’s really suitable for everyday use – try this one Jamie Oliver’s morning Kickstarter definitely out. I’m excited to see if you’re as excited about it as I am! By the way: Nutrient-rich ingredients such as cayenne pepper, turmeric and cinnamon are super rich in iron, which is important for metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport and prevents fatigue.

A small note, the ginger left me with some “ground” in the cup, you can filter it beforehand or simply pour it away. He always sets off straight away. You can also pour the mixture several times and continue to drink flavored water throughout the day.
