+++ The young early-stage investor May Ventures, the blockchain financier Greenfield Capital and business angels such as Jochen Krisch, Boris Lokschin, Stefan Wenzel, Andy Lenz, Andreas Schenk, Peter McCoy, Tony DiPaolo and Sven Rittau are investing 1.9 million euros in ShopAgentic. The Hanover-based startup, founded in 2025 by serial founders Alexander Ringsdorff and Kai-Thomas Krause (both formerly of CouchCommerce, NewStore), is developing “a technology platform with which retailers and brands can prepare their systems for the use of autonomous AI agents.” More about ShopAgentic
Invisible Light Labs
+++ The Austrian early-stage investor XISTA Science Ventures, aws Gründerfonds and the Vienna Female Investor Fund F are investing 1.5 million euros in Invisible-Light Labs (ILL). The spin-off of the TU Vienna, 2019 by Silvan Schmid, Josiane P. Lafleur, Niklas Luhmann and Hajrudin Beši? founded, develops infrared analysis technology for nanomaterials. The young company’s technology combines nanoelectromechanical sensors with infrared spectroscopy to enable chemical analyzes for applications in areas such as pharmaceutical research, materials science and environmental monitoring. Bose – StreamUnlimited
+++ The American headphone giant Bose is taking over the Viennese company StreamUnlimited, which was founded in 2005 and develops “integrated solutions for connected audio”. “This acquisition provides Bose’s Audio Technology business with a critical pathway to embed its proprietary audio innovations and technologies across a broader range of streaming and connected systems,” it says about the takeover.
