As we continue to expand our global reach, we are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and motivated Shipping & Logistics Intern to join our remote operations team.
As a Shipping & Logistics Intern, you will get hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of international e-commerce supply chains—all from the comfort of your home. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our operations team to monitor shipments, track cross-border inventory, handle digital documentation, and ensure seamless delivery to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Shipment Tracking: Monitor daily international shipments across Amazon, eBay, and Etsy to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Order & Dispatch Coordination: Assist in processing digital orders, generating international shipping labels, and coordinating virtually with global logistics partners and courier portals.
- Inventory Monitoring: Help maintain and update digital inventory logs for global stock, including customized apparel and print-on-demand segments.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and organize essential digital shipping documents, commercial invoices, and customs paperwork required for international transit.
- Issue Resolution: Actively track delays or shipping discrepancies and assist in resolving transit issues by communicating with courier support channels.
- Data Log Maintenance: Keep Microsoft Excel tracking sheets accurately updated with daily dispatch volumes, tracking numbers, and delivery statuses.
