+++ Seedcamp, DN Capital, Activant Capital, Brighteye and several business angels are investing $2.2 million in Sherpa. The startup from Munich, founded in 2026 by Tristan Deschler, Tim Altpeter and Max Lang, is developing an AI platform for managing external workers. Companies can use it to manage and coordinate freelancers, service providers and AI agents via a common solution. More about sherpa
Skill court
+++ Unnamed investors are investing 1.7 million euros in Skillcourt. The startup from Schweinfurt, founded in 2019 by Christian Hasler, offers a digital diagnostics and training system for therapy and sports. The company’s solution combines cognitive and motor exercises with precise motion capture to enable individual training and rehabilitation programs. As part of the investment round, Skillcourt is valued at 20 million euros. The fresh capital will, among other things, flow into “global market expansion”. More about Skill court
Element Boulders
+++ The Berlin SportsTech investor EPIX Sports, behind which the scene greats Oliver Roskopf, Johannes Kreibohm, Lukas Brosseder and Lea-Sophie Cramer are, is investing an undisclosed sum in Element Boulders. The company from Chemnitz, founded by Tom Petzold in 2018, operates bouldering halls throughout Germany. “This is a major step for us in taking our business to the next level and continuing to grow our vision,” says the team about the investment. Schwabe Group – Hydraid
+++ The Karlsruhers Schwabe Groupa healthcare solutions company, is taking over the majority stake in the Munich startup Hydraid. The young company, founded in 2021 by the brothers Fabian and Dominik Winter, has developed the “Hydration Helper” in collaboration with doctors and professional athletes. The carbohydrate-electrolyte powder is intended to improve water absorption after exercise and supply the body with important vitamins and minerals. “Our brand DNA, our founding team and our entire 20-person team remain exactly where they belong – right in the middle,” says the team about the takeover. The Schwabe Group recently took over the majority of the Berlin HealthTech Synapticon, which includes the brain training app NeuroNation and the digital health application NeuroNation MED belong. Quantum Systems – SensusQ
