We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential customers, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls, visits, and other sales channels.
- Generate new leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Present and promote company products and services professionally.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Previous sales or customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Compensation
Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month.
Additional attractive commission based on sales performance.
Opportunity to increase earnings through achieving sales targets.
