Aqua Heights Properties is a Karachi-based real estate brokerage and property consultancy in Clifton, serving clients across Clifton, DHA Karachi and Dubai. The team handles residential and commercial sales, purchases, rentals, and new property projects, as well as investment opportunities in Dubai, including Azizi and Danube developments. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to guide clients through property options and support successful transactions with professional, responsive service.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, and property investors.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential, commercial, rental, and investment properties.
- Arrange property viewings, present listings, and explain relevant features, pricing, and transaction steps.
- Follow up on leads, conduct negotiations, and coordinate deal progression through closure.
- Promote relevant Clifton and DHA Karachi listings and Dubai project opportunities in line with client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, client interactions, property availability, and sales pipeline activity.
- Coordinate with colleagues and relevant parties to help ensure a smooth and professional client experience.
This role is suited to a service-minded, target-focused professional who can communicate confidently, develop local market knowledge, and manage multiple client opportunities. The position is based in Karachi and involves regular client meetings and property visits.
