Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and approach new customers and business opportunities.
- Promote and sell garment accessories, zippers, fabrics, and related products.
- Visit garment manufacturers, brands, factories, and other potential customers when required.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, products, and market trends.
- Prepare regular sales and customer follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
