+++ The Dutch B2B investor Knight Capital and existing investors are investing 4 million euros in PLAN4. PropTech from Freiburg im Breisgau, founded in 2018 by Bernhard Mering, Hendrik Seibel and Thorsten Harig, develops software solutions “that support property owners in digitally recording building conditions and planning renovation and energy efficiency measures”. Aureus Solidus, BitStone Capital, Caitano Capital, Sprengnetter and Rudolf Müller Medienholding recently invested 4 million euros in the company. Knight Capital now holds around 10% of PLAN4. BitStone Capital is currently on board with around 15%. More about PLAN4

+++ The Cologne investor STS Ventures as well as the existing investors Haufe Group Ventures, Bayern Kapital and Müller Medien are investing a seven-figure sum in mozaik. The company from Aitrang, founded in 2019 by Neele de Vries and David Knöbl, “enables the planning, creation, editing and distribution of videos without the need for previous knowledge of video production or an additional budget”. Service4Charger
+++ The Hopp Family Office and a business angel consortium led by “Bauwens X and the Bauwens-Adenauer family” are investing in Service4Charger via Get it Done Technologies. “As a result of the transaction, BP Ventures is leaving as a shareholder. The Smart Energy Innovations Fund of the Swiss energy service provider Energie 360° remains invested and has further increased its shareholding and overall investment,” the company said. The Berlin company, founded in 2019 by Fabian Paul, positions itself as a “full-service provider for charging and energy infrastructure”. bp ventures and the Smart Energy Innovation Fund recently invested 10 million euros in Service4Charger. bp ventures recently held around 20% of the company. OBI – 42watts
+++ The hardware store chain OBI takes over the majority of the Munich-based PropTech 42watt. “With this step, OBI is once again underlining its strategic development into a holistic solution provider for its customers for all questions and projects relating to their own home,” the company said about the takeover. 42watt, founded in 2021 by Marcus Dietmann, Jörg Überla, Ferdinand Zemella and Mario Speck, supports “homeowners in the energy-efficient renovation of residential buildings”. In recent years, more than 5 million euros have flowed into 42watt – including from BonVenture (11.6%), Contrarian Ventures (10.9%), Eneco Ventures (9.8%) and PT1 (8.8%). OBI joined 42watt in 2023.
